Instructions

  1. Mix together the chicken broth, cornstarch, sauces and wine.
  2. Saute the bok choy, snow peas, and onion until tender. Toss in the broccoli, mushrooms, and chicken to warm through.
  3. Toss the sauce with the vegetables and chicken and cook until the sauce thickens.
  4. Plate and serve hot.
