Moo Goo Gai Pan

Ingredients
- 2 C broccoli florets, cooked
- 1 C mushrooms, sliced, sauteed
- 1 lb bok choy, sliced
- 1 C onion, sliced
- 8 oz snow peas
- 1 lb chicken, cooked, bite-size pieces
- 1/4 C chicken broth
- 1 T cornstarch
- 1 T soy sauce
- 1 T oyster or fish sauce
- 1 T rice wine
Instructions
- Mix together the chicken broth, cornstarch, sauces and wine.
- Saute the bok choy, snow peas, and onion until tender. Toss in the broccoli, mushrooms, and chicken to warm through.
- Toss the sauce with the vegetables and chicken and cook until the sauce thickens.
- Plate and serve hot.
